VerifyGate

Register with NIN and a passport photo, receive a signed QR invitation, then verify identity at the exam gate with advisory face matching and an examiner decision.

1. 1. Register

   NIN + DOB hard check, then photo vs NIN via Rekognition.

2. 2. Invite

   PDF invitation letter with a signed, time-bound QR code.

3. 3. Verify

   Scan, capture live photo, compare, admit / deny / escalate.
